Booking & Refund Policy

By booking The Asante Ghana Experience, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

💳 Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

A deposit is required to secure your spot. Your booking is not confirmed until payment is received.

💰 Payments

  • Full payment must be completed before the trip departure date
  • Payment plans are available and must be followed as agreed
  • Failure to complete payments may result in cancellation of your booking without refund
  • All payments, including deposits and installment payments, are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

Note: Double occupancy guests will be paired with a same-gender roommate. If pairing is not possible, a single room upgrade will be required.(+$800)

Roommate Selection Policy

Guests selecting double occupancy must submit their preferred roommate no later than January 1, 2027.

If a roommate is not selected by this date, or if a suitable pairing cannot be confirmed, guests will be required to upgrade to single occupancy at an additional cost of $800.

The Asante Experience reserves the right to assign roommates or require upgrades to ensure a comfortable and respectful experience for all guests.

All roommate pairings are based on availability and must be of the same gender unless otherwise requested and approved.

❌ Cancellations

  • All payments made are non-refundable
  • If you cancel your trip for any reason, payments will not be refunded
  • You are responsible for ensuring you are able to travel before booking

✈️ Travel Requirements

  • A valid passport is required
  • Visa requirements will be communicated after booking
  • Travelers are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents

⚠️ Responsibility

The Asante Experience is not responsible for:

  • Missed flights
  • Denied boarding
  • Personal emergencies
  • Travel delays outside of our control

📌 Agreement

By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined in this policy.

All payments are subject to our Booking & Travel Policy.

After your deposit is secured, you will receive a customized payment plan and invoices via email.

Final Payment Must Be Made By February 1,2027. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Payments cannot be transferred to another person, trip, or future date

The Asante Experience is not responsible for cancellations, changes, or disruptions caused by third-party providers, government actions, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Visa Disclaimer

The Asante Experience provides guidance and support throughout the visa application process; however, we are not responsible for decisions made by the Ghana Embassy or any consulate.

Visa approvals, processing times, and requirements are determined solely by the issuing authority. By purchasing this service, you acknowledge that The Asante Experience cannot guarantee approval and is not liable for delays, denials, or additional requests made by the embassy.”
