We offer flexible payment options to make The Asante Ghana Experience accessible and stress-free.

💳 Deposit

• A $300 deposit per person is required to secure your spot
• Deposits are non-refundable

💰 Payment Plans

After your deposit is submitted, the remaining balance will be divided into manageable payments.

• Payment schedules will be provided after booking
• Payments must be completed before the trip departure date

💻 Payment Methods

We accept:

• Debit & Credit Cards
• Shop Pay (including installment options if available)
• Apple Pay / Google Pay

• All payments are final
• Failure to make payments may result in loss of your spot
• No refunds will be issued for missed payments

Sample Payment Plan Option

Investment: $2,650 per person (double occupancy)

Then:

• Deposit: $300.00 per person to secure spot (Non Refundable)
• Monthly payments: $262.00
• Final payment due: February 1,2027

Spots are limited. We recommend booking early to secure your place.

Note: Double occupancy guests will be paired with a same-gender roommate. If pairing is not possible, a single room upgrade will be required.(+$800)

The Asante Experience does not guarantee roommate matching. Guests are strongly encouraged to secure their own roommate.

We reserve the right to refuse, modify, or decline any roommate pairing request at our sole discretion. If a suitable roommate cannot be confirmed, the guest will be required to upgrade to single occupancy at an additional cost (+$800).
